For this reason, we are looking for an innovative, energetic and highly proactive personality as CEO / Chair of the Executive Board 100% YOUR RESPONSIBILITY In close cooperation with the executive management and the hospital board, you will shape the corporate and business strategy of the ipw, taking into account current health policy developments and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for the creation and implementation of strategies and concepts as well as compliance with the budget and promoting a culture of innovation, cooperation and continuous improvement. Your strategic and entrepreneurial actions contribute significantly to the sustainable medical and economic success of the organization as well as to the positioning of the ipw as an attractive employer. As an impulse provider, you will actively drive topics such as innovation, cooperation, digitalization and sustainable development together with your leadership team. You will act as a reliable, binding and partnership-oriented contact person towards internal and external stakeholders. YOUR PROFILE You have a university degree in business administration and bring several years of leadership experience at the highest management level in the healthcare sector, ideally in psychiatry or in the somatic hospital sector. You are very familiar with the political, social and economic framework conditions of the healthcare system. You have actively shaped corporate developments and bring the motivation to sustainably shape strategic and operational processes. You find an environment with room for maneuver stimulating, and you use this with foresight and strength of implementation. Your strong strategic, operational and communicative skills enable you to recognize changes as opportunities and drive them forward with positive energy. Even in complex or challenging situations, you act with negotiating skills, sovereignty and the necessary sensitivity. With your cooperative, goal-oriented leadership style, your strong social competence and your assertiveness – even in economically demanding times – you create trust and closeness with interprofessional teams within the organization as well as with external stakeholders.
