To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a/an Tasks You develop self-consumption energy solutions with a strong customer orientation You accompany customers from initial contact to project completion in German-speaking Switzerland You sustainably support and inspire key customers and acquire new projects in your customer network You configure SEL servers and the SEL portals for projects You think along and question processes and solutions, thereby actively helping to shape the SEL offering and our way of working Qualification You are a winning personality and feel comfortable in direct contact with customers. Investors, developers, GU/TU and specialist planners are your daily partners in the development of sustainable self-consumption solutions. You enjoy working independently and organize your daily work yourself, whether at the customer's site, in the office or in the home office. You have training in the electrical or building technology sector or comparable practical experience and work securely and independently on electrical systems. You have experience in the development of self-consumption energy solutions and enjoy inspiring customers with the right, sustainable solution. You are communicatively strong and find it easy to gain customer trust and successfully acquire projects. You find your way around complex tasks after a short induction period and are motivated to develop further. Nice to have, but not a must: A degree in energy, environmental, building or electrical engineering (FH/HF), good French skills to support our project manager in Romandie. After the first half year: You are the SEL professional during commissioning and know most of the challenges of the SEL system. You skillfully manage your own projects with different project stages. After the first year: You manage your projects independently from the offer to the commissioning, know the tricks of the SEL system – and actively improve the SEL solution with your experience.
