For Klima SA, a company of Hälg Group, we are looking for in Villars-Ste-Croix a/an Responsable sécurité et qualité Romandie 80 % Your mission ## Position based in Lausanne (Villars-Sainte-Croix) Safety - 60% • Support and advice regarding occupational health and safety OHS • Training of personnel and managers on safety rules • Analysis of occupational accidents, establishment and follow-up of corrective measures if necessary • Monitoring of compliance with OHS regulations • Site visits and audits • Management of PPE • Management of premises with periodic checks on sites (fire extinguisher, emergency exit, etc.) • Primary contact for questions relating to OHS IMS Audit and monitoring - 20% • Preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits (site, office) • Management and monitoring of the IMS • Quality system - ISO 14000 and 9001 • Coordination of internal training • Monitoring of QSE indicators Your profile ## • Experience in site safety and quality in the construction sector • Mastery of safety legislation • Sense of organization and responsibility • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Driver's license required (travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland) • Mastery of standard IT tools • Mastery of the French language, German is a plus Our offer ## • At least 5 weeks of leave and the option to purchase additional leave days • Century-old family business managed by the 4th generation, with an open culture focused on sustainability • Open communication culture and many possibilities for involvement and taking on responsibility. • Varied responsible tasks, with great organizational freedom and short decision-making paths
