Job Description You will work in the newly founded team in the area of Global Portfolio Management and support the following focus areas: You coordinate global product portfolio requirements and network with various internal organizations. You take over the administration of portfolio databases, implement IT tools, and create KPI dashboards and reports for measuring success. Participation in portfolio-driven projects is one of your main tasks, including communication with stakeholders. Within the team, you actively help shape the implementation of special projects and thus also contribute significantly to the success and further development of our company. Qualifications Education: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar (FH/Uni) and the concrete intention to commence a Master's degree program in Switzerland. Personality and Working Style: You have the ability to work independently and are at the same time a strong team player. You like to take the initiative and take on responsibility. Experience and Know-How: You bring experience with data analysis tools and software (especially Power BI). Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, as well as a pronounced understanding of products and product affinity characterize you. Enthusiasm: You enjoy working in a global and cross-functional environment and are interested in strategic portfolio topics. Languages: Very good English skills. German is an advantage. Additional Information The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for committed Bachelor graduates who wish to pursue a Master's degree. The first phase, the so-called company phase, consists of 12 – 18 months of practical experience to familiarize yourself with technical and business contexts. The second phase includes the Master's degree program, which is continued on a part-time basis.
