In the role of Retail Merchandiser, you dynamically implement merchandise-related themes from business plans to the point of sale and ensure productive surfaces through targeted measures during the season. Your field of action • Team coordination: You ensure the structured planning of all priority tasks within the team and guarantee their implementation on time. • Performance analysis: You continuously observe and evaluate the performance of surfaces and assortments through reports, monitoring, and benchmarking. • Assortment management: You perform Renner/Penner analyses, identify lessons learned, and derive targeted optimization measures. • Goods flow management: You control and optimize the NOS goods flow, establish demand forecasts, and monitor delivery during the season. • Process handling: You take care of the processing of backlogs and target stocks, returns, invoices, and inventories. What is important to us • You are a true team player and know how to establish and maintain strong working relationships with different departments. • With your understanding of seasonal sales developments, customer needs, and marketing planning, you always act in a market-oriented and target-driven manner. • You possess excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, merchandise management and reporting tools) and learn new systems quickly. • You convince with excellent knowledge of German; proficiency in French is an additional asset. • You will likely work on Mondays and Wednesdays.
