At the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our homes. Registered nurse with additional function as a professional trainer 80 - 100 % # Do you want to shape the daily lives of our residents - in particular people suffering from dementia - with heart and professional competence, as well as transmit your knowledge to the next generation? Then we are looking precisely for you, immediately or by agreement, as Your demanding and varied tasks: • You take care of our residents with dementia with empathy and respect in their home. • You implement care measures competently and support residents in activities of daily living. • You regularly assume responsibility for the day and support your colleagues in daily care. • You observe changes in health status, transmit relevant information and document carefully in the care process. • If interested and having the corresponding aptitude, after a successful introduction, you have the possibility to assume the additional function of professional trainer. For this, you like to transmit your knowledge and accompany trainees with patience, respect and enthusiasm in their professional journey. • You work in morning and evening shifts until 21h15 and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. Our requirements: • You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland. • You have professional experience in long-term care and/or gerontopsychiatry and like working with elderly people. • You assume responsibilities, work autonomously and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • You enjoy teamwork, communicate with respect and contribute to a positive working atmosphere. • You are proficient in computer systems, ideally have experience with RAI LTCF and possess excellent knowledge of German orally and in writing.
