• 04 août 2026 • 100% • Temporary • \-, 1211 Grand-Lancy • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate For our client located in Genève, we are actively looking for a buyer (M/F) as part of a permanent position Buyer (M/F) For our client located in Genève, we are actively looking for a buyer (M/F) as part of a permanent position Main missions: • Provide advice and support to internal clients throughout the procurement cycle: analysis of purchase requests, sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management. • Collaborate with technical experts for complex or non-standard cases, ensure the technical viability of requests and propose continuous improvement areas. • Develop appropriate procurement strategies following an in-depth analysis; prepare complex tenders via the eSourcing platform. • Draft and negotiate contracts in compliance with internal rules and procedures. • Respond to requests for clarification during the consultation phase. • Participate in related tasks, including the migration of the document management system. Required skills and qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of public procurement • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). • Proven experience in the procurement of goods and services. • Knowledge of ERP systems • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and contract management skills. • Developed analytical mindset. • Keen sense of customer service and proactive approach in searching for solutions. • Flexibility, autonomy and organizational rigor.
