Die Fachstelle für Schuldenfragen Luzern is an innovative, well-networked, recognized institution with an area of activity in the cantons of Luzern, Nidwalden and Obwalden. Die Fachstelle employs five employees. We are looking for, starting from October 2026 or by arrangement, a social worker (a), 60 - 80 percent. These are your tasks: • Debt counseling and debt settlements, solution- and competence-oriented • Counseling professionals from organizations • Professional networking, participation in specialist committees and public relations work • Leading educational events for various target groups This is what you bring with you: • Completed training in Social Work FH or comparable training • Interviewing and negotiation competence • Networked, participatory and process-oriented thinking and acting • Resilience and flexibility • Good written expression, a flair for numbers and good MS Office skills • Enjoyment of working in a team These are your interests: • Debt collection and bankruptcy law, social insurance law • Questions of subsistence security and social policy • Educational work • Co-shaping innovative projects in a dynamic organization This is what we offer: • Versatile, responsible activity • Independent working • Collegial advice and case discussion • Dynamic organization and participation in its further development • Good team culture and modern workplace in a central location in the Altstadt Luzern We are planning the application interviews on the following days: • First interviews: 14./16.
