Do you bring technical understanding, practical proximity, and a structured way of working? In this function, you are the central contact person for maintenance topics and support our locations with your expertise regarding building technology and technical building maintenance. In doing so, you combine your practical experience with consulting, analysis, and coordination and contribute to operating our technical systems sustainably and efficiently. What awaits you You take on professional responsibility for maintenance topics and advise our locations in the areas of inspection, maintenance, repair, as well as in the further development of building technology systems. You evaluate existing maintenance concepts, define professional standards, and develop sustainable and economical maintenance strategies together with the responsible departments. You support commissioning, check technical documentation, and ensure compliance with standards and quality specifications through audits. You train employees, support technical questions, and promote knowledge transfer within the organization. You work together with internal and external stakeholders and contribute your expertise to projects as well as to the evaluation of service and maintenance contracts. What you bring with you Basic technical training in mechanics, electrical, or in the HLKS area, for example in the areas of machine, agricultural machinery, polymechanic, design, locksmith, heating-sanitary installer etc.) Further training at the level of Federal Diploma of Higher Education (FA), Advanced Federal Diploma (HFP) or Higher Technical College (HF). You have several years of practical experience in the maintenance of technical systems, ideally in industry or building technology. You think analytically, act pragmatically, and find sustainable solutions for technical challenges. You work independently, structured, and responsibly and convince through a high customer and service orientation. You are enthusiastic about technology and know how to transfer your knowledge and passion to others.
