Your tasks As an expert in machine rental, you are responsible for the operational and commercial management of the branch, lead your team, and bear responsibility for the economic success of the location. Your responsibilities Operational leadership Ensuring high-quality customer service according to the standards of Avesco Rent Planning of rentals, transports, and provision of the machines Management of the machine park as well as the ins and outs of the material Preparation of offers and rental agreements as well as competent customer advice Coordination of work priorities within the team Close cooperation with other branches and the headquarters Administrative tasks Cash management, invoicing, and accounts receivable management Creation of delivery and return slips Monthly closing and administrative support of the branch Coordination of spare part orders Personnel management Recruitment, deployment planning, and leadership of employees Training, motivation, and promotion of the team Organization of regular team meetings Ensuring occupational safety as well as main contact person for the branch Responsibility for sales Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships Implementation of the local sales strategy Monitoring goal achievement and increasing turnover Market analysis and expansion of the customer portfolio Your profile Education and experience Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent training 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a construction-related environment Technical knowledge or interest in machines and vehicles Experience in leading teams and sales-oriented Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Strong communication skills Good oral German skills and [missing/typo] skills (advantageous) Experience in rental is an advantage What we offer: We are a community that values independence, entrepreneurship, and diversity.
