Your role is essential to promote their inclusion in the labor market. Your tasks are as follows: • conduct placement interviews with beneficiaries and support them in their job searches; • prospect Vaud companies in order to develop new partnerships and search for possibilities in the hidden job market; • ensure the administrative follow-up of the files for which you are responsible. Your profile As a holder of a CFC, you have proven experience in personnel placement or socio-professional integration. In addition, you possess an excellent knowledge of the local economic fabric. Your interpersonal skills, your listening skills, your assertiveness, your interpersonal skills, as well as your ability to manage stress allow you to work autonomously while respecting the set objectives.
