YOUR TASKS • Strategic and professional development of nursing at the Klinik Im Park, in close cooperation with the Nursing Management, taking into account the professional nursing orientation at the group level • Professional leadership of the nursing service and leadership of the nursing specialist group • Development, implementation, and monitoring of guidelines and standards • Planning, management, and implementation of nursing and interprofessional projects • Representation of nursing development in clinic-internal and group-wide committees • Close cooperation with managers as well as advice, coaching, and empowerment of specialist managers and nursing teams <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or on the way there • Sound knowledge of evidence-based nursing as well as in quality and care development and clinical process optimization • Strategic thinking ability, strong organizational skills, and experience in interdisciplinary cooperation • High communication strength, leadership competence, and a strong sense of responsibility • Enthusiasm for innovation, digitalization, and the active co-shaping of change processes <br /> A motivated, committed, and multiprofessional team in a progressive working environment awaits you.
