About Our Client ## For a Geneva-based company with international influence, whose products are distributed on all continents and production is based in Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Management Control (M/F). This recruitment is part of a process of integrating a small group, initially family-owned, into a listed multinational. In this context of structuring and transformation, the Administrative & Financial Director wishes to strengthen their team in order to develop a performance-oriented finance function, steering and supporting the business. Job Description ## Financial steering & FP&A • Develop budgets, forecasts and medium-term plans. • Analyze performance and deviations, formulate operational recommendations. • Act as a business partner for management and operational teams. Group reporting & shareholder • Produce reliable, synthetic and decision-oriented financial reporting. • Meet the reporting requirements related to integration into a multinational group. Industrial management control • Steer standard costs and analyze deviations. • Monitor profitability by product, market and customer. • Deploy and monitor industrial and financial KPIs. Team management & development • Lead, animate and develop the skills of a small management control team. • Organize work, define priorities and promote good financial practices. Transformation processes & projects • Structure and evolve management control processes. • Optimize tools (ERP, BI, reporting). • Accompany change and strengthen the financial culture within the group. The Successful Applicant ## • Proven experience in industrial management control / FP&A (at least 8 years), ideally in an international environment. • Solid mastery of industrial costing and performance steering. • First experience in team management and project management highly desired. • Ease with ERPs and reporting / BI tools. • Rigor, functional leadership, analytical spirit and business orientation. • Languages: fluent French and English.
