Your area of responsibility Support of our customers including preparation of offers Processing and monitoring of the entire order process (confirmation, invoicing, shipping) Creation and provision of SAP evaluations, key figures, and calculations Support in planning and coordination between customers and production/value stream Monitoring of stock levels, lead times, and order status Conducting coordination and meetings with internal and external contact persons Processing of quality notifications (Q-Alerts), repair orders, and customer requests Close cooperation with production, product management, and other specialist departments Support and professional guidance of commercial apprentices in the work area Collaboration in the optimization of processes and workflows Support with cross-location tasks and projects Maintenance of relevant master data and documentation in SAP Your profile Basic mechanical training (e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic) is an advantage Completed training as a technical clerk or comparable qualification Further training in the field of logistics, production, AVOR, or Customer Service is an advantage Several years of professional experience in Customer Service, internal sales, or order processing Experience in dealing with customers as well as internal and external interfaces Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in mechanical manufacturing Good SAP and MS Office knowledge Experience and willingness to support and guide commercial apprentices Experience in dealing with ERP systems and data analysis is an advantage Your perspective ®!
