Project Manager YouLab! (20 - 40%)

The glp lab is the open political laboratory of the Green Liberals. It offers a platform for political participation, innovation, and the transmission of skills. The glp lab is looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Project Manager YouLab! 20-40 % For our new educational offering YouLab!, we are looking for a dedicated personality to help shape the development of the project. YouLab! represents a non-partisan, practice-oriented, and comprehensive educational offering for children and young people between 14 and 25 years. Together, the participants develop political ideas and learn how to successfully implement them in practice. The focus is on conveying a political toolbox - i.e., concrete methods, strategies, and formats - with which young people are empowered to effectively formulate and implement political concerns. Your tasks: • Project management: You lead the implementation of the pilot project and further develop YouLab! together with the team. You assist in the scaling of the project and subsequently lead the transition into regular operations. • Event management: You take over the planning, organization, and implementation of workshops, webinars, and online courses. • Coordination: You coordinate mentors and volunteers and are in regular exchange with youth parties, youth parliaments, as well as the sponsors of the project. • Evaluation: You continuously evaluate the project and document the results. Your profile: • You bring enthusiasm for political education and participation. • You are an organizational talent and enjoy implementing events. • You work independently, in a structured manner, and possess good oral and written communication skills. • Experience in project management, working with young people, or moderating workshops is an advantage (but not a must!)
