Junior - HR Consultant / Recruiter / HR Consultant (m/w/d)

• Job placement - recruitment consulting (temporary and permanent positions) with 3 branches • Work volume 100% • You support us in all aspects of recruitment. • During the extensive on-the-job training period, you learn all processes related to our activities. • Gradually, you take over independent administrative tasks and maintain contacts with job seekers and HR managers up to independent placement. • You care for your customers/companies in internal and external services (approx. 20%) and expand them through your acquisition activities. • If you like people and love personal sales by phone or on site, then a successful and satisfying future is guaranteed for you with us - we look forward to you! • A completed vocational training is an advantage (good commercial knowledge or further education in the commercial sector is mandatory). • You are a sales type, approx. 25 to 40 years old and speak Swiss German. • A driver's license for a car is essential in this position (company car is available).
