Construction Management High-Rise Building (m/w/d)

What awaits you As a construction manager, you will take on the integral design, approval, and execution planning independently and support the overall project management/project management. Your main tasks include planning activities in the integral team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM). The planning support for ongoing and future (large) projects in the areas of industrial or hospital construction is part of your core area. You work closely with all departments (structural planning, HKKLS, electrical engineering, construction management) and external specialist planners. You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building. What you bring You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or a comparable education. Your career path shows several years of professional experience in the execution planning of medium to large projects, ideally using the BIM method. You have in-depth technical and constructive knowledge and are familiar with the relevant planning regulations, laws, regulations, and standards. Initial professional experience in Switzerland on projects in the SIA performance phases 41-51 is an advantage. You are characterized by your enthusiasm for integral planning and are able to work on sub-areas independently and in coordination with other departments. You have an interest in innovative software tools and knowledge of Revit or other equivalent modeling and drawing programs. You have a pronounced sense of timing, cost, and quality awareness. You have good German language skills in word and writing. You are enthusiastic about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
