-------------------- L-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2-000 collaborators. The Centre hospitalier de Rennaz has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical outposts. Its Geriatric and Rehabilitation Service (SGR) offers its services on 3 sites, namely: • La Clinique de Gériatrie et Réadaptation CGR de la Riviera in Vevey (site de la Providence) • La Clinique de Gériatrie et Réadaptation CGR du Chablais in Monthey • The Rennaz site. The CGRs have the mission of rehabilitation, mainly geriatric, as well as acute care for seniors. At Rennaz, these are hospital Geriatric consultations (CGH). A close collaboration with HRC allows our patients to benefit from its technical platform and its latest generation equipment. Under the hierarchy of a medico-nursing pair, you will work in close partnership with the patient and their relatives, while emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration. The Geriatric and Rehabilitation Service is looking for ASSCs holding a CFC in ASSC for its 2 Clinics in Vevey and Monthey, starting September and October 2026. The main missions of this position are ### • Organize, execute, monitor, and document care services and medico-technical acts delegated by the nurse and authorized by the ASSC status, in stable situations presenting no emergency character • Collaborate in the smooth running of the department's activities • Promote the interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork specific to the mission of the service • Promote, upon delegation, the involvement of the patient in their care project as well as that of their relatives We require ### • Imperatively a CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health • A motivated person to take charge of seniors according to the good practices of Geriatrics and Rehabilitation • A rigorous, organized, and dynamic person, with excellent communication skills • An interest in working in an interdisciplinary team • Adaptation to change and involvement in the service project • Mastery of the French language and computer tools specific to the hospital field We offer ### HRC offers great employment and professional development opportunities in all its areas of activity: medical, nursing, medico-technical, hotel, administrative, technical, logistics.
