Deputy Management & Project Coordination Pollutant Diagnostics

ABG pro sa is a specialized company in the field of pollutant diagnostics. We particularly prepare pollutant reports as well as private inspections during demolition and renovation. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and entrepreneurially minded personality who wishes to take on a central role in the company in the long term. Your Tasks Your main tasks include in particular: Processing and preparation of offers Intensive customer care, advice, and support for inquiries (via email & telephone) Organization and coordination of appointments Planning and support for larger projects Support for the management in daily business Deputizing for the management in organizational and administrative tasks Preparation and processing of invoices Step-by-step training in specialist construction management & diagnostics Later participation in the preparation of pollutant reports Conducting indoor air measurements on construction sites Coordination between customers, owners, administrations, planners, authorities, and other project participants Qualification You bring a structured, reliable, and independent way of working and enjoy taking on responsibility. Technical prior knowledge in pollutant diagnostics is not required – what is important above all is your interest in familiarizing yourself with this specialized field.
