Occupancy rate 80% to 90% at our Neuchâtel site Mission Accompany and care for residents on a daily basis and ensure their physical, social, and psychological well-being in order to guarantee them the best possible care. Your responsibilities • Perform basic care as well as hygiene and comfort care • Carry out medico-technical acts delegated by nurses • Ensure the comfort, safety, and quality of life of residents, by promoting their autonomy • Observe, transmit, and report relevant information to the team • Establish and maintain a professional relationship of trust with residents and their entourage • Be the referent for certain residents in collaboration with the healthcare team • Participate in global care in multidisciplinary collaboration, notably in the implementation of the resident's life project • Contribute to the development and monitoring of care projects • Apply quality processes in care and ensure their compliance • Guarantee the proper use and maintenance of care equipment • Intervene in an adapted manner in emergency situations according to current procedures • Provide assistance with feeding and monitoring during meals if necessary • Actively participate in a positive and constructive working climate • Supervise apprentices according to needs and skills Your profile • CFC as Assistant in Community Nursing and Healthcare (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent • Experience in a similar position, an asset • Interest in accompanying people living with a disability • Ability to react in a rapid and adapted manner in crisis situations • Aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and spirit of initiative • Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills • Discretion, punctuality, and professionalism • Mastery of French (oral and written) • Good mastery of standard IT tools and professional software (Carefolio and LongTerm: an asset) We offer • A dynamic and human working environment • Collaboration within a committed multidisciplinary team • Possibilities for professional development • Attractive working conditions Start date: 1st July 2026
