Receptionist

The employer is looking for a: Receptionist – switchboard operator (reported profession) Tasks: • reception and welcoming of patients • sorting telephone calls from the main switchboard of the Ospedale Regionale di Lugano Requirements: • previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years • hotel school diploma as well as experience at the front office and/or in managing a company telephone switchboard will be a preferential qualification • native Italian language and excellent knowledge of German, English and French • predisposition for contact with users • flexibility and availability for shift work according to service needs (day, evening, Saturday and holiday shifts). • federal certificate as a commercial employee or hotel school diploma. • good command of the main IT systems and predisposition towards the use of internal programs and applications • attitude for teamwork Employment details: • workplace Lugano • employment from 60 to 80% • employment immediately or start date to be defined, permanent • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work • salary remuneration based on the CCL of the sector
