Thanks to our mastery and expertise, we hold a leading position in Switzerland and ensure a privileged place on the global market.» To strengthen our «Roughing» department, we are looking for an *PRODUCTION GRINDER (M/F) ON CNC / CONVENTIONAL MACHINES ## Tasks • Setup and adjustment of grinding machines (mainly Studer brand, roboticized) • Execution of grinding operations according to plans and quality requirements • Adjustment of machining parameters and optimization of processes • Participation in various grinding machining processes as part of a versatile position • Production monitoring and dimensional control of produced parts • Preventive maintenance of assigned machines Profile • Technical training in mechanics or micromechanics • Proven experience in grinding • Knowledge in programming and setting up CNC machines • Analytical capacity for solving machining problems • Precise, rigorous, versatile and autonomous person Offer • Varied work within a family-owned and independent company • Stable situation at the heart of a human-sized structure • A professional and convivial atmosphere within a small team • Salary conditions adapted to the requirements of the position • Development possibilities within a dynamic team • This position is addressed equally to women and men.
