In order to complete its team, the Fondation Mode d’emploi is looking for, for its Lausanne site: A General subjects Trainer at 80% - preferred day off on Friday (French / Mathematics / General culture) Your profile: In possession of a recognized teaching diploma and/or adult trainer qualification with minimum FSEA 1 certificate Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in training and/or teaching up to the 11th Harmos level Excellent knowledge of general subjects (French / Mathematics / General culture) Mastery and application of the principles of individualized and specialized pedagogy Ability to manage an autonomous class with rigor, reliability, and adaptability by ensuring structured support for learners according to their needs and learning rhythms Ready to invest yourself in favor of a young audience (between 16 and 25 years old) in a situation of socio-professional integration Ease and interest in the integration of digital tools at the service of the formative environment Aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team and ability to collaborate in shared governance We will entrust you with the following tasks: Deliver French, mathematics, and general culture courses to a young audience in a situation of professional integration (between 10 and 12 participants per session) Implement individualized and differentiated teaching with varied and innovative methods Set objectives and define a professional project adapted to each student in collaboration with the internal and external network Design and develop pedagogical materials Participate in the continuous improvement processes of the course sector Your professional context will include notably: A varied activity within a motivated and multidisciplinary team, in a dynamic institution and in shared governance (sociocracy) Interesting working conditions (working hours, holidays, loss of earnings, LPP, etc.) Possibilities for continuing education Salary scale for this position: between CHF 71’000.- and CHF 99’000.- gross annual / 12 months (at 100%) If you think you match the profile and that you feel concerned by our mission to fight against socio-professional exclusion, please send your complete application (cover letter, CV, training certificates, and work certificates) until July 21, 2026, by responding to our advertisement published on the site.
