For our renowned customer from the Lenzburg AG region, an established and leading company, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as Branch Manager Automotive Industry (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Olten Industry: various industry Publication date: 30.07.2026 Your main tasks • Branch Management: Overall responsibility for the operational business, sales targets, and the profitability of the branch in the Olten area. • Team Leadership: Technical and personnel leadership, motivation, and deployment planning of the workshop and administration team. • Customer Care: Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, competent advice to customers, as well as care of partner networks. • Process Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing internal processes (from order intake to completion) to increase efficiency. • Quality Management: Enforcement of the high quality and safety standards of the company. Your profile • Technical Basis: Completed vocational training in the automotive industry, e.g., as Carrosseriespengler EFZ, Automobil-Fachmann EFZ, Automobil-Mechatroniker EFZ. • Further Education: Successfully completed commercial or business administration further training (e.g., Technischer Kaufmann, Kundendienstberater, Automobil-Verkaufsberater, or Betriebswirt in the automotive industry). • Experience: Several years of professional practice in the automotive or bodywork industry as well as initial sound leadership experience. • Competencies: Strong entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced organizational talent, and a high service orientation. • Languages: Very good oral and written German skills for professional customer and partner communication.
