These include, in particular, controls of stationary traffic, traffic service, prisoner transports, patrol activities as well as other varied activities. Your tasks We distinguish between basic provision and special provision: Basic provision In the first years, you will work in basic provision. There you will gain practical experience, particularly in the areas of: • Control of stationary traffic throughout the canton • Patrol activities and support during various operations • Traffic service at various events • Reception service at the Hirschengraben 17a, Luzern location Special provision Depending on suitability, personal interests and operational requirements, you have the opportunity to switch to one of three different special areas and complete the associated initial or further training. Your profile • Completed certificate training as Pol SiA or willingness to undergo 3-month training in Bern • Willingness to complete an entrance test • Independent and reliable working style, clean and well-groomed appearance as well as an impeccable reputation • Secure use of Microsoft products as well as good German language skills • Willingness to work irregular shifts (night and weekend) • Successful completion of basic training EFZ or EBA • Swiss citizenship or settlement permit C • Driver's license Cat.
