What you can achieve. • As Head of Commercial Facility Management, you take over the functional and personnel leadership of a Switzerland-wide organizational unit of 8 direct and around 85 indirect subordinates. • You actively drive the strategic further development of commercial facility management and set targeted priorities, such as in digitalization. • An essential part of your role is partner and owner management. You maintain and develop relationships with owners, third-party tenants, and landlords and ensure professional cooperation. • You are responsible for the coordination and cooperation with the various regional managers Facility Management and ensure that resources are managed and optimized efficiently. • As a member of the Facility Management management team, you take on co-responsibility for the development of the Facility Management of the Post. What you bring with you. • Your several years of professional and leadership experience in commercial real estate management as well as comprehensive knowledge in the field of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) or Real Estate Management (REM) will help you to successfully master this exciting challenge. • You have completed further training such as MAS in Real Estate Management, Eidg. Dipl. Immobilientreuhänder:in or a comparable qualification. • To promote active and positive cooperation, a willingness to travel throughout Switzerland is required. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in a first national language and have good knowledge of a second national language.
