Caretaker 80-100% (m/f/d)

Our client is a retirement and nursing home in the Zürcher Oberland that offers around 50 residents a safe home and places high value on professional care and independence. The facility features modern nursing departments as well as a public restaurant and is characterized by a familial, appreciative working atmosphere. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a reliable personality as a Caretaker (80-100%) starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Management of storage, furniture, and medical equipment • Maintenance and repair of all technical systems • Care of outdoor areas including greenery maintenance and winter service • Assistance with events and creation of seasonal decorations • Support for residents with furnishings and small repairs • Management of waste disposal according to professional standards • Cleaning and maintenance work in various areas of the house • Troubleshooting and carrying out preventive maintenance Your profile: • Category B driver's license is mandatory • Vocational training in electrical, plumbing, or horticulture • Certificate as a caretaker or currently in corresponding further training • Service-oriented and conscientious way of working with attention to detail • Solid IT user knowledge in daily use • Fluent German language skills, oral and written • Practical talent and understanding of technical connections
