To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented After-Sales Service Technician. EXT./INT. AFTER-SALES SERVICE TECHNICIAN. Your mission Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the operations manager, you ensure the performance and reliability of our customers' equipment. Your responsibilities include: Maintenance & Repair: Carry out revisions, troubleshooting, and maintenance work on machines, directly on customer sites or within our workshop. Diagnosis: Identify, analyze, and quickly resolve technical breakdowns and malfunctions. Advice & Training: Accompany, advise, and train customers to ensure optimal and safe use of their machines. Technical follow-up: Prepare spare parts lists and document interventions for the preparation of future repair offers. Your profile Training: Holder of a CFC as an automation technician, polymechanic, or a degree deemed equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar after-sales service technician position. Key skills: Mastery of machine tool programming (experience with FANUC and HEIDENHAIN) and good ease with IT tools. Languages: French native speaker, good knowledge of German and/or English is an asset. License: Category B driving license mandatory (regular travel to be expected).
