What you can achieve • Comprehensive legal advice to internal customers in daily operations as well as in projects • Legal support for strategically significant procurement, technology, and development projects • Creation, review, negotiation, and further development of contracts as well as development and updating of contract templates and other legal working instruments • Identification, analysis, and assessment of legal risks as well as advice and support in compliance, governance, and risk management topics with practice-oriented recommendations for action • Management and coordination of judicial and extrajudicial legal disputes as well as instruction, coordination, and management of external lawyers and cooperation with authorities • Conception and implementation of internal training on legal and governance-relevant topics • Assumption of legal housekeeping tasks as well as performance of corporate secretarial tasks for group companies • Monitoring legal developments as well as implementation of new statutory requirements within the organization What you bring with you • University degree in law (Licentiate or Master), preferably with a Swiss bar admission • Several years of professional experience as an in-house counsel in an industrial company or as a lawyer in a law firm focused on business law • Sound knowledge of Swiss contract, corporate, and business law • Preferably experience in project business and in the negotiation of complex contracts as well as sound knowledge in the area of corporate governance • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and negotiation skills • Proficient German as well as very good written and spoken English skills Salary and benefits Are you one of the few people who reads T&Cs?
