System Integration and Test Engineer (80-100%) Location: Genève When: 1er octobre 2026 or as soon as available Your mission: You ensure that Skyguide's air traffic management systems are safe, reliable, and ready for operations. In close collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders, you drive end-to-end verification and validation while continuously improving testing, automation, and quality standards. Your tasks: • Design and execute integration, system, and end-to-end tests on software, hardware, and external interfaces, ensuring safe and reliable operations • Develop and maintain automated test suites, driving innovation and continuous improvement of testing practices • Analyze defects, conduct root cause investigations, and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to reach sustainable solutions • Define and implement test strategies, supporting coverage, traceability, and risk mitigation • Improve testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to strengthen system-level validation and operational excellence • Coordinate testing activities within multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and transparency • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards, processes, and automation capabilities What we are looking for: • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, combined with several years of experience in system integration, verification, and testing of complex systems • Strong expertise in test automation (e.g., Squish and JMeter) and scripting/development languages such as Python or Java, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement • Experience in applying ISO 15288, ED-153/ED-109, or DO-178C standards highly desirable • Proven ability to support test strategies, verification activities, and quality outcomes in large-scale projects • Problem-solving: You analyze complex system problems, identify root causes, and approach solutions in a structured and systematic manner • Teamwork: You collaborate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders, actively sharing knowledge, ideas, and perspectives to achieve common goals • Proficiency in spoken and written English; good knowledge of French and/or German is an asset What we offer: We offer flexible working options, depending on the position, as well as a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and many additional benefits.
