We are looking for a toolmaker with the following requirements as soon as possible: Main tasks: Repairs and optimizations of existing injection molding tools Coordination of repairs in cooperation with project management Manufacturing of spare parts Support of production in fault analysis Maintenance of the machine park (machining machines) Secondary tasks: Maintenance and repair of injection molding tools Proper provision and storage of injection molding tools Conversion of injection molding tools Assessment of the operational capability of injection molding tools and initiation of necessary measures Proactive introduction of optimizations in injection molding tools You bring: Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic with a focus on mold construction or toolmaking Experience in metal processing, preferably in mold construction, such as wire and sink eroding, milling, grinding, polishing, etc. Experience in the production, adjustment, final assembly, and maintenance of injection molding tools Good MS-Office and ERP knowledge Independent, structured, resilient, flexible, reliable, and team-capable Language skills: good oral and written German skills, English skills are an advantage jpidafd49dejm jit0625jm jiy26jm
