We are looking for a Chef EFZ, starting immediately or by arrangement, who does not just cook along, but also thinks along, helps shape things, and supports our small, family-like team with passion. Tom’s Diner in Wohlen stands for authentic American cuisine with Swiss quality standards. Our guests love our fresh, homemade burgers, crunchy salads, and fine wraps – all in a cozy diner ambiance. We place great value on fresh ingredients, homemade products (yes, we even make our own mayo and ketchup!) and honest craftsmanship – here, even experienced chefs can still learn something. Your tasks: • Responsibility for cold and warm kitchen incl. preparation • Assistance with plating and serving the dishes • Coordination and leadership of the employees • Compliance with HACCP guidelines – cleaning work is also part of it • Close cooperation with our small, family-like team • Focus on freshness: with us, there are no ready-made products What you bring with you: • Motivation, reliability, and creativity • Good organization and a cool head in hectic moments • Resilience and flexibility • Good German or Swiss German skills • Completed training is an advantage, but not mandatory What we offer you: • Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday off • Twice-yearly company holidays: two weeks each in summer and winter, plus another week by arrangement • Lots of freedom for your own ideas – design your own burgers! • A workplace with heart, humor, and a great team spirit Sounds like you?
