What you achieve ## • Development and further development of tariffs for existing and new products as well as partnerships • Analysis of product and portfolio performance with a focus on profitability, marketability, and sustainability • Derivation of concrete decision bases and recommendations for action for product management and sales • Construction, maintenance, and further development of regular reporting (especially Excel, Power BI as a supplement) • Collaboration on and maintenance of pricing and calculation tools to support day-to-day business • Close cooperation with product management, sales, and other specialist departments during tenders, restructuring, and product adjustments • Support in the further development and implementation of the product and pricing strategy What you bring ## • You bring professional experience in an analytically oriented function, e.g., in the product environment, pricing, controlling, business analysis, consulting, or a comparable role • A completed university degree forms the basis - supplemented by logical thinking, quick comprehension, and a proactive manner • You enjoy understanding and further developing products, tariffs, and business models • You use numbers as a basis for decision-making, not as an end in themselves - you think economically and pragmatically • You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and feel comfortable at the interface between analysis, product, and business • You bring an interest in the insurance industry as well as market-related issues • Teamwork, initiative, and the desire to actively move things forward characterize you
