To meet the many challenges ahead, HIB is looking for a: ICLS \- Deputy Head of Nursing at 100% Your mission In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, you will be in charge of professional practices, training, as well as clinical development, assuming the following tasks: Promote the acquisition and updating of clinical knowledge derived from EBP for the purposes of continuous improvement of the quality of care Invest in knowledge transfer with the nursing teams Initiate, pilot, and support projects for the development of exemplary practices Develop an offering of consulting, guidance, and training for the teams Support interprofessional collaboration Coordinate and supervise clinical reference nurses and/or the supervision of students (PF, FEE, FA) Support ethical reflection in the clinic Ensure the coordination of the quality and safety of care domain (notably adverse events, ANQ indicators, and prevalences) Your assets Benefiting from a Master's in nursing sciences, you possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in acute care as well as confirmed experience as an ICLS. Training or first experience in a management function is an asset. Endowed with a spirit of initiative and a good sense of responsibility, you demonstrate excellent capacities for analysis, synthesis, adaptation, and communication. Of an open nature, you are a source of proposals and have a marked interest in multidisciplinary work. An excellent command of French (spoken and written), scientific English, as well as IT tools are indispensable.
