Tasks Establishment and continuous development of the faculty's risk management and ISMS, taking into account central structures and guidelines Support and consultation of the faculty management and decentralized IT in the implementation of the ICT baseline protection and risk management Support of the faculties in the creation of ISDS documentation, in particular threat analysis, risk analysis and ISDS concepts Sensitization of employees, managers and researchers for information security Planning and execution of internal audits as well as accompanying external audits Maintenance and coordination of cooperation with relevant stakeholders Requirements Higher vocational school or federal certificate of proficiency with a focus on information security or several years of professional experience in the field Experience in setting up and maintaining an information security management system (ISMS) Knowledge of relevant standards in information security, e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, BSI-Standard 100-2 IT baseline protection and legal (data protection) basics Solid IT background Understanding of network security, cloud architectures, security tools and application development Understanding of operational and organizational processes in public administration / higher education environment Very high communication and problem-solving skills as well as structured, independent approach Very good oral and written German skills Good oral and written English skills Assertiveness and persistence Languages Very good oral and written German skills Good oral and written English skills
