Emmen \| 80-100% You can make this contribution <br /> • As group leader, be responsible for the proper execution of all work within the work group and ensure the post- and function checks of weapons and equipment • Act as authorized examiner "Qualification, Certification and Authorization of Work Executants and Inspection Personnel" • Carry out maintenance and repair work as well as modification and inspection orders on all armament systems and equipment of aircraft • Prepare the aircraft for shooting operations and arm them, as well as troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft armaments • Work in flight operations: create flight readiness and carry out intermediate flight checks including system retabulation • Deploy in the accident squad area (e.g. breathing protection, tank fire truck), cable catching device and catch net, and if necessary, act as a driver and support deployments abroad and outside regular working hours <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Technical/mechanical vocational training EFZ and/or knowledge in the field of armament technology (especially F/A-18) are advantageous, as well as a generalist with professional experience and affinity for aviation • Driver's license category B is mandatory, C and E are advantageous, and good IT skills (MS-Office/SAP) are desired • Leadership and high social competence with responsible, team- and customer-oriented, independent and precise working methods • Good physical and mental resilience and a positive personal security check are prerequisites • Knowledge of a second official language and good English skills (level B2) are desired • Proof of module completions according to EASA Part-66, Category B2 (Avionics) and/or knowledge of aviation regulations on aircraft maintenance are advantageous <br /> In a nutshell High-tech instead of workshop routine -- welcome to the world of aviation, where responsibility, technology and craftsmanship come together.
