What you will achieve Leadership and further development of Operational Excellence initiatives in defined operations Technical leadership and coaching of local Operational Excellence/Lean managers Promotion of a continuous improvement culture and empowerment of teams to live excellence in all processes Conception, coordination and implementation of training, workshops and assessments to anchor knowledge and methods sustainably Analysis and optimization of processes, structures and organizational processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments Development and implementation of key figure, performance and control systems for increasing efficiency and productivity Responsibility for project management and change management in cross-departmental improvement initiatives Close cooperation with the central Operation & Performance team of Migros Industrie to harmonize standards and best practices What you bring Education: Student (Uni/FH/HF) Field of study: Successfully completed degree (ETH/Uni/FH) or many years of experience in a production operation in the field of optimization Professional experience: Professional experience with several years of experience in the field of Operational Excellence, Lean Management or Continuus Improvement, ideally in a production environment Sound business management knowledge combined with holistic, analytical thinking Experience in technical leadership and coaching of interdisciplinary teams Strong communication skills, persuasive power and joy in working with people Hands-on mentality and implementation strength, combined with conceptual clarity Willingness to travel regularly to our locations Six Sigma Green Belt an advantage German (B2) Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Maternity/paternity leave: 18 weeks paid maternity leave (instead of 14 weeks), 4 weeks paternity leave (instead of 2 weeks).
