To lead our tinsmithing and roofing activity, based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a site manager capable of managing both commercial development as well as technical execution and team management. Site Manager - Tinsmithing/Roofing ## Your mission ## In direct contact with the subsidiary management, you will take charge of the development, costing, and realization of our tinsmithing and roofing services, as well as the management of your teams. Your responsibilities: • Prospect and develop new mandates, prepare offers and quotes/tenders, measurements • Plan, organize, and supervise tinsmithing and roofing construction sites • Manage and supervise your teams on a daily basis • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards • Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of projects and reporting to management Your profile ## • CFC in tinsmithing, roofing, or equivalent training; additional training (brevet fédéral, ES/HES) is an asset • Confirmed experience in tinsmithing-roofing, including costing and/or team management • Commercial sense, leadership, and autonomy • Fluent French; category B driving license We offer ## • A position of responsibility, combining technical, commercial, and management aspects • The support of a solid and well-established group in Suisse romande • An attractive salary with a 13th month salary and 5 weeks of vacation • Opportunities for evolution within GROUPE BBL SA Interested? ## Send your complete file (CV, cover letter, work certificates, and diplomas) by e-mail to: Write an email
