We are looking for you! Healthcare Specialist EFZ Workload: 50% - 80% To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and responsible Healthcare Specialist EFZ starting immediately. In this role, you will care for and look after our customers in their familiar homes and, with your professional expertise and commitment, contribute significantly to their quality of life. Healthcare Specialist EFZ Workload: 50% - 80% Your tasks: Professional care and support of our customers at home; Implementation of treatment nursing measures according to medical prescription; Recognizing changes in health status as well as initiating the necessary measures; Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information; Promoting the independence of the customers; Willingness to work in shift service as well as on weekends; Seamless and correct nursing documentation; Co-responsibility for high nursing quality; Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists.
