Process Specialist / Industrial Master (m/f/d) • You have real influence on processes – not just on their implementation. • You lead and work simultaneously in production. • You move something visibly – every day. Your task: • You take over an existing manufacturing process and bring it under control. • You control pressing, machining, and sintering processes in everyday operations • You bring structure to processes that today still create unnecessary friction • You ensure that processes function reproducibly (ISO 13485) • You plan furnace loadings proactively instead of reactively • You recognize weaknesses early and resolve them sustainably • You are in production every day and roll up your sleeves yourself • You lead your team where the work is being done – not from the office • You develop employees in a targeted manner What you bring with you: • Training as a Process Specialist or Industrial Master • Several years of experience in production • You recognize immediately when processes are not running cleanly • Initial leadership experience or the clear will to take on responsibility • You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and tackle problems directly Interested?
