Teamlead Accounting Shaping instead of managing: You lead a motivated team through a phase of stabilization and create clarity, structure, and impact. The ORIOR AG, an internationally active Food & Beverage group with around 2’3000 employees, stands for quality and culinary diversity and unites diverse business fields and brands under one roof. As part of the further development, the accounting team is being optimized and strengthened as a central control function. For this significant transformation phase, we are looking for a leadership-strong personality with technical expertise and a hands-on mentality as Head of Shared Service Center Finance In this key role, you lead a cross-location team of eight employees and position the SSC Finance as a competent, efficient, and service-oriented partner within the ORIOR Group. You actively shape the further development of financial processes, promote cooperation across locations, and ensure high quality and reliability of the services provided. You reduce complexity and align processes with efficient structures. You drive the harmonization and digitalization of financial processes forward. At the same time, you ensure stable operations and are responsible for the closing of several companies according to Swiss GAAP FER/OR. As a sparring partner, you network Finance, IT, and Business and actively participate in transformation projects, particularly in the SAP S/4HANA project. You have a federal certificate of expertise in finance and accounting or comparable training and further education. Additionally, you bring at least five years of experience in financial accounting in a production environment. Initial leadership experience, closing security according to Swiss GAAP FER/OR, and in-depth SAP FI/CO knowledge (ECC and S/4HANA) are required. Your high affinity for processes and team leadership rounds out your profile. Personally, you convince through analytical strength, implementability, and an appreciative leadership style. You have a good command of German, English is good; Italian is a plus. Your workplace is assigned to the Headoffice in Zurich. At the same time, you maintain close cooperation with your teams at the Root LU and Stabio TI locations. For effective leadership on site, the hybrid work model provides for a high presence in Root LU, one day a week in Zurich, and the possibility of a home office day.
