You will thus develop important bases for Unia's work as a representative of employees and to advance union concerns on a political, economic, and societal level. You will gain an overview of the functioning of the economy, the labor market, social partnership, and politics in general. You will deal with, for example, issues of wage policy and the labor market, compile key figures, and contribute to corporate analyses.
