For our customer service, we are looking for a External Service Technician (Suisse Romande) (Sanitary Installer) Your main missions are: • Interventions as a technician in external service, mainly in Suisse romande • Repairs and maintenance of the entire product range • Installation or revision of the entire product range In addition, you occasionally support colleagues from our shop in Carouge in the following tasks: • Technical support and advice to our customers in the shop and in the showroom • Technical support and advice by telephone and by email on our product range • Creation of delivery notes using SAP • Ordering and stock management using SAP • Repairs of our faucet products on site • Support of the customer service by preparing material for orders • Help and support to our customer service by providing technical advice by telephone You hold a qualification as a sanitary installer and can demonstrate several years of professional experience in technical customer service or in a similar function. You are proficient in computer use (report preparation and CRM systems, basic knowledge of SAP would be an asset). You enjoy working with electronic and networked products in the sanitary field and you feel comfortable in a constantly evolving sector. You have a good command of the French language and can communicate well orally. You enjoy contact with customers, you have team spirit and you work in an absolutely reliable manner.
