Treuhand-KV-AbgängerIN oder jungeR TreuhandsachbearbeiterIN / Junior Accountant (60–100 %) for Lenzburg or Zürich TASKS: Assistance with bookkeeping mandates (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial accounting, annual financial statements and reportings). Collaboration on further fiduciary services (tax returns for natural and legal persons, VAT declarations, financial planning and advisory mandates). Support in the financial planning and monitoring of companies. Administrative work (creating reports, presentations and correspondence, revising articles and reports, handling telephone calls, orders, reservations etc.). Support in organizational development and further growth (evaluation of third-party providers for products and services, assistance in the recruitment of new employees). REQUIREMENTS: Enthusiasm for finance and fiduciary work. Commercial basic training, ideally in fiduciary or first professional experience in fiduciary. Further training as Sachbearbeiter/in Treuhand started or in planning, possibly ongoing training as Treuhänder/in with eidg. Fachausweis or Fachmann/-frau Rechnungswesen und Controlling. Knowledge of the ERP system Abacus. A flair for numbers. Good organizational talent, quick comprehension and high concentration ability. German perfect orally and in writing, English a big plus.
