Bern, Schweiz | 80-100% This is what you can achieve <br /> • Overall responsibility for the client side of demanding construction projects, from the selection process to planning, implementation, and handover to our customers • Define project goals and risks, establish strategic foundations (scheduling, implementation models, procedures) and lead interdisciplinary project organizations • Plan, apply for, and manage personnel and financial resources, as well as ensure legally compliant management of project credits in accordance with the Financial Budget Act • Ensure effective collaboration with users, operators, planners, contractors, and specialist advisors in the interest of the federal construction client • Conduct procurement procedures in accordance with BoeB/VoeB and ensure effective project-related quality management and controlling <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Recognized degree as an architect, civil engineer, or equivalent education in construction • Several years of experience in managing complex construction projects and proven practice in representing construction clients • Proven competence in integral project management (quality, costs, deadlines) and knowledge of public procurement law (BoeB/VoeB) • Distinct leadership qualities, strategic and business management thinking • High networking skills and articulate expression • Active knowledge of a second official language <br /> In brief As a construction client representative at the BBL -- the federal construction agency -- you will have overall responsibility for demanding construction projects throughout Schweiz in this function.
