For our properties in the Wil region, we are looking for an immediate Caretaker / Maintenance Cleaner 100% Area of work: • Care of several properties in the Wil region and surroundings • Maintenance cleaning of staircases and outdoor areas • Inspection of technical systems • Execution of minor maintenance work • Carrying out window cleaning • Cooperation in winter service Expectations: • Sound knowledge and experience in caretaker services (maintenance cleaning) • Good technical knowledge and manual dexterity an advantage • Driver's license Cat.
