Collaborate with the Responsable Contrôle de Gestion on all activities within the scope, with reinforced involvement in the scope of the canton of Vaud; Actively participate in the collection, analysis, and consolidation of financial data in order to ensure harmonized reporting for the entire scope; Prepare and ensure the follow-up of budgets, forecasts, and closings for all activities; Produce cross-functional analyses and write internal presentations intended for operational teams; Follow-up and management of unpaid invoices; Ensure billing, contribute to the updating of maintenance contracts for their billing, and ensure the entry of contract reviews in support (back\-up) of the Business Support; Participate in the improvement of tools and processes, in a logic of harmonization between teams; Act as a relay for the Responsable Contrôle de Gestion in their absence, guaranteeing the reliability and consistency of data across the entire scope; Perform the allocation of invoices to cost centers and contribute to the monitoring of vehicle-related costs, in collaboration with the fleet manager. What characterizes you. 1 to 2 years of professional experience in management controlling, ideally in a project management environment; Previous experience in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting, acquired during internships or a first position; Basic knowledge of SAP FI/Co is an asset; Mastery of French and English; Excellent team spirit, orientation towards numbers, and analytical thinking.
