Your tasks • Consulting and supporting employees and supervisors in all relevant HR topics • Recruitment of new employees in close cooperation with the supervisors • Accompanying and conducting various employee discussions • Absence management • Participation in administrative tasks along the entire Employee Life Cycle • Contact person for social insurance, health insurers and authorities • Participation in exciting HR projects Your profile • Further education as an HR specialist with eidg.
