Polymécanicien/Micromécanicien (M/F)

Your mission We are looking for a Polymécanicien or a Micromécanicien (M/F) whose main missions will be: Management of a CNC machine park Follow manufacturing instructions and procedures to ensure daily production in compliance with quality requirements and productivity objectives Loading and unloading of machines Series changeover and priority management Production monitoring, compliance with control frequencies Guarantee aesthetic and dimensional controls according to defined criteria Perform computer data entry for production monitoring while ensuring traceability Your profile Training Diploma in mechanics: CFC in polymécanique or equivalent Experience in milling desired, ideally in the machining of watchmaking components Professional skills: Knowledge of CNC milling imperative Sensitivity to aesthetic criteria Comfortable with IT tools Personal skills: Person with a good team spirit and good communication, knowing how to work in a cell Person who is committed and willing, proactive Person who is dynamic, with a good analytical mind and a good capacity for adaptation Person who is methodical, conscientious and rigorous Good visual acuity
