Legal Assistant (100% or rate to be agreed upon) L'Étude Leximmo, primarily active in construction and real estate law, is looking, in order to strengthen its team, for a Legal Assistant (100% or rate to be agreed upon) You will assist Me Sylvain Tscheulin and Me Vincent Bays in all of their activities. Your main tasks Provide secretarial support for the two lawyers of the firm. Manage telephone calls, mail, and emails. Organize agendas, appointments, and deadlines. Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, deeds, and pleadings. Compile, maintain, file, and archive files. Prepare fee notes and ensure the administrative follow-up of billing. Participate in the smooth administrative functioning of the firm. Profile sought CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training. Previous experience within a law firm or notary's office, or in a legal environment, constitutes an asset. Excellent command of French, both oral and written, and fluency in English both orally and in writing (typing under dictation). Very good command of standard IT tools (Microsoft Office) and openness to new upcoming developments (digital justice, DMS, AI). Ease in drafting and formatting documents. Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy. Discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently while integrating into a human-sized structure.
